Our practice is located in the Eastbrook Community, on the corner of Eastbrook Bend and Stevens Entry. We are diagonally across Highway 54 from Fresh Market, McDonald’s, and Chick-fil-A.
Payment is requested at the time of service. Our fees are comparable for the area, but our skills and experience are priceless.
Payment options include checks, credit cards, debit cards, HSAs, and FSAs. We are out-of-network with insurance but can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
